Strengthening Connections

Are you looking to build meaningful connections & advance racial equity? Our Connection Cards are designed to spark deep, thoughtful conversations that foster both stronger relationships and racial equity. Each physical deck is thoughtfully crafted with group prompts and companion resource articles that encourage open dialogue, reflection, and action in small or large group settings.

We currently offer Color Brave Space Norms Connection Cards, and Racial Equity Four Systems Evaluation Connection Cards are in development. More racial equity-focused decks are coming soon! If you would like to learn more or see a physical deck, please contact Heidi.
