Gain an Organizational Snapshot

We start our work with your organization by partnering with you to complete an Organizational Racial Equity Assessment. This will give the organization’s leadership and staff a snapshot of its strengths and areas of growth.

Build a Common Understanding of Race, Racism, & Racial Equity

Equity Matters has provided racial equity workshops for over twenty years. Most of our clients start with our foundational workshop. We customize our workshops to meet your organization’s needs, using data from the organizational assessment. The workshops also allow us to tailor our foundational content for staff.

Practice Using the Foundational Workshop Tools

The Racial Equity Skills Labs are intermediate workshop sessions. In these sessions, members will be able to deepen their analysis of racial equity and problem solve work or real-life problems. Participants must complete the foundational workshop before participating in the skills labs.
