    Has your organization built a strong foundation and common understanding of racial equity? The racial justice visioning sessions support transforming learning into a path for action. In these sessions participants establish a racial justice vision and identify organizational focus areas of action for the immediate future.

  • Racial Equity Practice Skills Lab 2.0

    Practice Using a Process to ‘Operationalize’ Racial Equity

    The Racial Equity Skills Lab 2.0 supports making an organizational racial justice vision come alive. Work teams come together to practice a process to identify their specific role, desired outcomes, and the daily actions that activate racial equity. Teams gain a framework and engage in the practice of identifying the daily actions and interactions that support racial equity (or fakequity - fake equity).

    Supervisor 101: Building Our Skills to Address Racial Bias in the Workplace

    These workshops aim to leverage the supervisor's role and positional power to normalize a culture of addressing bias.

    These workshops deepen our ablity to integrate racial equity into our daily practices as supervisors.

  • Racial Equity Leadership Guidance

    Support Leaders to Integrate Equity

    Looking for leadership racial equity “coaching?” How about trying our collective cohort approach? Our guidance process fosters a systems approach to racially just leadership development, focused on transforming the organization (and not just the individual). Our team is experienced in working with leaders at different organizational levels to build racial equity leadership skills. We’ve worked with boards, Executive Directors, department directors, and staff working directly with clients to set achievable goals and direction for transformative racial equity change.

  • Train-the-Facilitator Series

    Build Internal Capacity

    The Train-the-Facilitator series is designed to deepen conversations within organizations. This series of workshops is for organizations who are ready to deepen their work. In these workshops, we will train leaders* to hold their own conversations with their peers about what it means to lead for racial equity.

    *Leaders can be at any level of the organization, change needs to come from all levels within an organization.
