“The more deeply we are connected with ourselves, the greater our capacity to connect with others.” -Nicola Williams
I am a lover of life! I enjoy creating and immersing myself in experiences. I love travel, food, culture, nature, sports, adventure, and quality time. I LOVE to explore the world, and all that it has to offer. While traveling I enjoy learning about the history, culture and traditions of the people as well as the land.
I am also an explorer of “self” and how the ”self” connects with others and the world. When we learn who we are we can make conscious decisions and can become effective agents of change. I am fascinated by the human experience!
