Connector
I enjoy connecting back to the Earth. I spend time practicing meditation and other centering techniques that allow me to pause, calm myself and be more present. I love being near the ocean and spent time September 2022 in Troncones, Mexico at Present Moment Retreat Center surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, and October 2022 in Kauai, Hawaii surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. I experienced my first Temezcal (Indigenous Sweat Ceremony) in Troncones and it was life changing. Now, I am continuously seeking out ways to connect with my internal self and the Earth. I’m traveling back to Troncones and Hawaii this year, and am finalizing plans for my January 2024 travels to Djbouti, Nigeria, Somaliland, Africa.
